Larsen & Toubro is hiring for the role of Senior Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead and mentor junior engineers in the design, development, and implementation of complex engineering projects
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful execution of projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, develop solutions, and deliver results
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve project outcomes
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
• Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure project success
• Document project processes, procedures, and deliverables to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of engineering standards and guidelines
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance technical skills and leadership capabilities

Requirements:

• Should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in System Engineering of Aerospace/Space Sub-systems or systems. Maximum experience can go up to 3 years.
• ould have very good knowledge of Mechanical Design & Analysis.
• Should have good knowledge of Kinematic Design and Analysis 
• Should have very good knowledge of configuration management & system general arrangement.
• Should have hands-on experience in Analysis software like ANSYS, ADAMS
• Should have hands-on experience in CAD software like CATIA/UG NX.
• Should be aware of PLM activities and knowledge of data Analytics will be preferred
• Should be ready for frequent travels to customer & vendor locations.
• Shall be responsible for vendor & customer interaction, Technical report writing & Presentation.
• Shall have experience in working in Aerospace Standards viz AS9100
