Ericsson is hiring for the role of Senior Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Team Lead-NOC will be handling the day-to-day Delivery for the L1 and L1.5 NOC Teams.
• Act as the First point of contact for all the blocking issues and respond/act and fix it on priority.
• Have an intermediate level knowledge of Infrastructure Platforms, Preferred in VMware, and Windows.
• Have prior experience in People Management, Basic to Intermediate.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and 24/7 Environment.
• Basic understanding and Experience in Stakeholder Management.,
• Able to react to change productively and handle another essential task as assigned.
