Senior Employer Branding Executive Job in Mumbai at CRISIL

Crisil is hiring for the role of Senior Employer Branding Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and implement employer branding strategies that align with CRISIL’s EVP and core values
• Create and execute internal communication plans to facilitate the dissemination of key information to employees and ensuring it is accessible and understandable. Administering various internal communication channels, including newsletters, CHIRP, and emails
• Manage responses on review and social media sites – Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and Instagram along with the M&C team
• Create compelling Employer Branding content for internal and external platforms, showcasing our culture and values
• Partner with the campus team to strengthen our campus presence
• Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends
• Maintain and develop the Group’s career pages and corporate pages on social media platforms
• Build and nurture communities (e.g. Brand Ambassadors) within the CRISIL

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Human Resources/ Marketing or a relevant field
• Preferably 1 year of proven experience in Employer Branding or internal and external communications or content writing
• Creative bent of mind in problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audiences
• Knowledge of social media platforms and experience using them to promote employer brand messaging
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously
