RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Making outbound calls on hot leads, counselling the students & parents and convincing them about the benefits and usefulness of the Company’s test preparation courses and converting them into paid users.
• Making appropriate entries in the CRM software.
• Such other duties as may be assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Female Graduates with Excellent Communication Skills and convincing power need to apply. 
• Languages: Fluency in English & Hindi.
• Skill Set: Pleasing voice, excellent verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, call etiquettes, clear pronunciation, effective listening skills.
• Education: Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university.
• Experience: You should have experience of minimum 2-3 years as a Counsellor, Telesales Executive or BPO executive in an outbound voice-based sales process with a proven track record.
