Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the role of Senior Domain Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage SLA for ID Creation/Deactivation activities
- Create a compliance framework for ID reconciliation
- Conduct Periodic ID recon/re-certification activities, review & reporting of ad ids, ad group, email i ds, email groups, etc.
- Manage IT Audit & Compliance requirements
- Monitor license allocation, utilization & compliance management
- Publish daily/weekly/monthly access management-related reports
- Address SharePoint site management & resolving issues
- Resolve end-user issues related to O365 services/AD accounts
- Assist in frontending with Microsoft for any technical support required for O365, Sharepoint, Teams etc.
- Automate the existing process by adopting of new technologies
Requirements:
- The minimum qualification required is Graduate with experience of more than 3 years of in Identity & Access management
- Good project management skills
- Sound knowledge of active directory user management, user provisioning & de-provisioning, Office 365 user management, Azure AD, Password Management
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skill
- Knowledge of Office 365 & Active Directory
- Knowledge of IT Audit & Compliance will be an added advantage
