NTT Data is hiring for the role of Senior DevOps!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Lead and manage cloud migration projects from on-premise to cloud environments, with a focus on Azure.
• Design and implement DevOps processes and frameworks tailored to client business needs, ensuring alignment with customer objectives.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and ARM templates.
• Support Kubernetes and AKS environments, providing troubleshooting, best practices, and operational guidance.
• Lead automation projects to streamline DevOps operations and optimize performance, utilizing Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Ansible.
• Architect DevSecOps solutions with a focus on security assessments and the integration of security practices into development pipelines.
• Collaborate with teams across various departments to drive continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipeline implementation.
• Conduct technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions, particularly around cloud security and automation.
• Provide support for application migration, including Java + Maven applications, from on-premises to cloud environments using modern DevOps tools.
• Maintain and monitor cloud environments using tools such as Azure Monitor and Grafana, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Support mainframe DevOps integration, bridging traditional IT with modern DevOps practices.

Requirements:

• Cloud Platform: Microsoft Azure
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, ARM templates
• Container Orchestration: Kubernetes, AKS
• Continuous Integration & Deployment: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
• Configuration Management: Ansible
• Version Control: Git, Azure Repos
• Containerization: Docker

• Project Management: JIRA, Confluence
• Hands-on experience with security automation and DevSecOps initiatives.
• Proven experience in transitioning monolithic applications to microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with setting up and managing Unikix architecture for mainframe environments.
• Experience in conducting workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions for global teams.
• Certifications in Azure and Kubernetes (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Certified Kubernetes Application Developer).
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot Kubernetes and Docker-related issues
