Advanced is hiring for the role of Senior Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Take ownership of our people analytics capabilities and deliverables, from data collection to insights delivery.
• Develop automated, always-on dashboards that provide real-time insights.
• Embed AI and machine learning capabilities to query and draw meaningful insights from our data.
• Drive the organization through the full spectrum of analytics maturity, from establishing operational reporting right through to developing predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, including sentiment analysis.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with PowerBI, Anaplan, or equivalent tools
• Strong analytical skills, including statistics, analysis, and modeling techniques
• Familiarity with HR systems, processes, KPIs, and databases
• Proven track record in data analysis and HR
• Ability to drive best practices independently
• Hands-on approach to working as an individual contributor
• Strong analytical skillset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong results orientation and ability to work effectively and independently
• Experience in GDPR, data privacy, and compliance preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Project management experience is a plus
