Senior Data Analyst Job in Gurgaon at MakeMyTrip (MMT)

MakeMyTrip is hiring for the role of Senior Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide actionable insights & simultaneously drive execution of multiple projects
• Work closely with various departments like Marketing, Revenue, Product, and Supply teams
• Create high-impact analysis (both qualitative & quantitative) as per business requirements on various agendas & reviews
• Define new process improvement opportunities to help scale the business Competitor benchmarking and analysis to scope up new opportunities
• Work with management on business priorities and cater to information need

Requirements:

• Work experience of 2-4 years in a growth management or business analyst role.
• Good knowledge of analytical tools like advanced Excel, SQL, Adobe, and Omniture and use them in driving automation in reporting.
• Additionally, possess the ability not to just report data but understand border trends drive insights, and share them with internal stakeholders.
• Python, Power BI, and other analytical tools are good to have.
• Your ability to work in cross-functional environments including working closely with Supply, Category, etc.
• Your passion for data and an exceptional ability to solve complex problems.
• Your mindset will constantly think about reporting excellence/growth etc.
• Building efficient KPIs to ensure business objectives are met.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills to independently drive projects to completion and results.
