CRISIL is hiring for the role of Senior Customer Service Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- The role involves call interactions with clients of Large Corporate Groups for maintaining very high customer relationship and helping stakeholders in generating revenue.
- Candidate also needs to interact with internal stakeholders (LCG BD Team) and ensure their requirements are met on timely basis.
- Types of Processes - Lead Generation / Collections / Customer Service
- Helping Stakeholders by generating leads, fixing meetings with prospects and collection of fees.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills, Stakeholder Engagement
- Minimum 1+ years in international call centres. Need to have prior BPO / Telecaling experience.
- 1 to 7 years of experience
