Job Description
OT Solutions is looking for a skilled and experienced Corporate Trainer to join OT Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Corporate Trainer, you will be responsible for training our Sales Engineering employees to expand their skills and knowledge. You will be also organizing informative training sessions, promoting, and improving the skills of all personnel.
Roles & Responsiblities
- Introducing and implementing effective training courses for new as well as existing employees.
- Organizing and directing seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions.
- Preparing a hard copy of training material such as module summaries, presentations, videos, etc.
- Collaborating with management to evaluate the company's training requirements.
- Mentoring and supporting new employees with the Sales Department.
- Conducting an analysis to identify the areas of improvement.
- Selecting and book the venues for training and extracurricular activities.
- Fixing and adhering to the decided training budgets.
- Keeping records and managing the attendance of the employees for training.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Advanced degree in HR, Business, Engineering, and Psychology or in a relevant field.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
- Creative writing skills are a MUST.
- Leadership skills and self-initiative attitude best fit this position.
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a Corporate Trainer, Technical Trainer or Training Specialist.
- Professional certification for training and development will be an advantage.
- Willingness to adopt new training techniques incorporate teaching.
- Expert in MS Office and e-learning software.
- Amazing analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of training procedures, methodologies, and materials.
- Extraordinary public speaking and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
