Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and execute content strategies to effectively communicate Groww Mutual Fund's investment philosophy, products, and services across various channels.
• Create high-quality written content for platforms including the website, blogs, social media, emails, and marketing materials.
• Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory changes to stay informed of industry developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams including investment, marketing, and compliance to ensure content accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
• Produce educational materials such as articles, whitepapers, and presentations to enhance understanding of mutual funds and financial markets.
• Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of projects while upholding high standards of quality.
• Optimize content for SEO to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic to Groww Mutual Fund's digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in content marketing and financial services.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or  Economics from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, mutual funds, and financial instruments.
• CFA certification preferred.
• Proven experience in content creation within the financial services industry, ideally at an AMC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
