Stayvista is hiring for the role of Senior Social Media Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for crafting dynamic, on-brand content that drives engagement and supports business objectives.
• This includes capturing and curating engaging visuals and videos, conducting on-ground shoots, and using phone photography and editing tools to produce high-quality posts, reels, and stories.
• You will manage all social media channels, stay current with trends, and confidently appear on camera when needed.
• Additionally, you will track performance metrics, analyze audience insights, and refine strategies to ensure consistent growth and alignment with the brand’s vision and goals.

Requirements:

• Develop and implement engaging, on-brand content for social media and digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Plan, create, and edit high-quality content, including reels, stories, and carousel posts, for an immersive and engaging user experience.
• Travel to StayVista properties to capture on-location content that highlights the luxury and distinctive experiences of our villas.
• Leverage Instagram trends, meme formats, and storytelling techniques to produce relatable, shareable content.
• Manage content for additional channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta/Google Ads, adapting to each platform’s best practices.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar for day-to-day posting across social media channels.
• Conduct data analysis on content performance, market trends, and competitor strategies to inform future content planning.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design/content, and regional teams to align on content goals.
• Track and report on content and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Proven experience in social media content development and platform management.
• Proficiency with tools for creating high-quality reels and on-trend content.
• Willingness to travel to various locations to capture immersive, on-site content.
• Confident on-camera presence; able to represent the brand authentically and engagingly.
• Social media savvy, with a strong understanding of current trends and technologies.
• Excellent communication and creative skills; basic graphic design skills are a plus.
