Senior Consultant(PPMD Talent Matters) Job in Mumbai at Deloitte

Deloitte is hiring for the role of Senior Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform numerous quantitative and analytic analyses to understand trends
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with maximum discretion
• Assist in developing content and presentation materials for Advisory leadership and senior stakeholders
• Correspond/communicate with Deloitte Advisory leadership, Partners, Principals, and Managing Directors regularly
• Manage and supervise consultants, administrative, and other junior professionals
• Liaise effectively with counterparts in other functions and National PPMD Talent Matters
• Liaise with Finance teams to acquire data pertinent to performance management and admissions processes
• Manage and be accountable for several systems/platforms used for performance management, admissions/promotions, etc.
• Organize, plan, and oversee leadership meeting events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Prior work experience in a Professional Services firm is a plus
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Professional, service-minded attitude and executive demeanor; responsive
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality of work
• Strong at multi-tasking and ability to prioritize and follow through
• Excellent computer skills — MS Word, Advanced Excel skills and knowledge, Access,
• PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint, Power BI a plus
• Strong project management, organization, coordination, analytical and critical-thinking skills, and a willingness to tackle both strategic priorities and operational processes
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to emerging priorities, and self-managing in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Deliverable development including requirements gathering, analysis, and storyboarding; excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Work both independently and collaboratively with a team
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels
• Willingness to foster innovation with a creative mindset
• Proactive and creative thinker who is willing to contribute ideas
