EY is hiring for the job role of Senior Consultant – People Advisory Services (PAS)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with client counterparts to understand project requirements and ensure objectives align with strategic business goals
• Communicate client expectations to the EY team and suggest ideas, and roadmap accordingly
• Assume ownership for project deliverables and seek clarity from the client whenever required
• Assist the EY PAS team with the successful delivery of projects for clients

Requirements:                                   

• A postgraduate degree preferably an MBA or PGDM from a Tier 1 B School 
• 2-5 years of experience post-MBA in an HR role (compensation and benefits, rewards consulting, compensation benchmarking, performance management, etc.)
• Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment
•  Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
• Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
