Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist seniors & managers in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives.
  
• Identity & internal escalation and potential red flags related to the engagement.
  
• Prepare reports/deliverables/status updates/audit committee presentations. 
  
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects as directed by the managers. Handling data analytics - Access, ACL, etc.
  
• Manage the engagement budgets and support superiors in developing marketing collaterals, business proposals, and new solution/methodology development.
  
• Identify and escalate potential business opportunities for the firm on existing clients.
  

Requirements:

• A CA or master's degree in Science or master's degree in arts or master's in business, accounting, finance, or a related discipline
• People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements.
• People with a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
• People who are agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy, while being adaptable and creative in their approach.
