Senior Channel Marketing Analyst Job in Hyderabad at Synchrony Financial

Synchrony is hiring for the role of Senior Analyst, Channel Marketing (L08)

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work within a designated email platform to build, test, and audit the email marketing/servicing campaigns, ensuring creative and file selections are accurate
• Perform creative and data auditing and testing to ensure campaign accuracy
• Maintain project tracker to reflect the status of all the projects and completion dates
• Maintain good communication rhythm with stakeholders on projects
• Strong adherence to SLAs on timelines, accuracy & Compliance
• Record all approvals and final documents within the campaign management system

Requirements of the candidate:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in building and deploying email campaigns through any email service provider i.e. Zeta, SFMC, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Harmony, etc.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with US stakeholders/ Offshore Clients
• Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience on MS Office tools (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Exposure to Marketing and retail concepts
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Good team player
