Senior Business Development Manager Job in Gurgaon at Getwork

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Senior Business Development Manager to lead our Job Fair vertical. This role focuses on establishing and scaling job fairs across Indian colleges, helping students get direct access to top employers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building corporate partnerships, collaborating with colleges, and driving placement success through well-executed events

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end business development efforts for the Job Fair vertical
• Identify, pitch, and onboard colleges as paid customers for the Job Fairs.
• Build and manage relationships with colleges and their placement cells
• Strategize and execute job fair plans – from outreach to execution and post-event success tracking
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, ops, product) to ensure seamless coordination
• Develop scalable models to expand job fairs across geographies
• Track KPIs, report performance, and improve conversion rates of placements
• Represent GetWork at college and corporate networking events to promote brand visibility

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in EdTech, HRTech, or campus recruitment
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving sales or partnership outcomes
• A strong network in the colleges/universities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel as needed for job fair execution and client meetings
