Responsibilities of a Candidate:

• Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events
• Communicate and follow up with leads via email, phone, and virtual, F2F meetings
• Assist with requirement collection and analysis
• Develop and maintain relationships with leads
• Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system
• Work closely with various internal teams to ensure clients' utmost satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, with a proven track record of lead generation and conversion.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with IT consulting and software services is a plus.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
