ANZ Bank New Zealand is hiring for the role of Senior Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead as Digital Risk & Transformation – ANZx Manage Our Lending, matrix to Group Risk Information Delivery (GRID) Retail Business Partner Support team in Bengaluru to support ANZx Risk Rest of Bank Initiative.
• Work with project stakeholders to analyze and synthesize information, understand the organizational context, complete business analysis activities, and ultimately elicit documents, and manage the requirements throughout the initiative end to end, and other analysis activities such as testing, process mapping, and change transition.
• Work within the stakeholder engagement framework for the initiative, you are expected to communicate these requirements to key stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of the project’s or program’s objectives and benefits.

Requirements:

• Retail portfolio knowledge with retail management or regulatory reporting-related work experience.
• Proven experience in business analysis, problem-solving, data management, and analytical review capabilities.
• Confident collaborators across the business and within their own specialist domain.
• An ability to undertake relevant risk data analysis on large and diverse credit risk portfolios.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and confidence in engaging and presenting to senior management.
• Good to have - SAS/SQL and using R/Qlik or other visualization tools for BI development including the ability to adapt and learn new technical skills.
• Appropriate tertiary qualification including but not limited to Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, and Systems Information.
• Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
• Excellent time management - the ability to prioritize conflicting issues in a professional/risk-based manner.
