Senior Business Analyst Job in Chennai at Valgenesis (I) Pvt. Ltd.

Valgenesis is hiring for the role of Senior Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer validation processes to document requirements. 
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure clear and achievable requirements. 
• Design and develop effective configurations tailored to each client's needs. 
• Document configurations and conduct walkthroughs (Conference Room Pilots) for customer validation. 
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer. 
• Troubleshoot customer issues, document them, and work towards resolution through the ValGenesis ticketing system. 
• Foster strong relationships with client SMEs and actively participate in project meetings and discussions. 
• Maintain accurate timesheets and complete all mandatory training programs. 

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• A higher education degree in a relevant field (computer science, industrial engineering, pharmaceutical technology, etc.). 
• Experience with working in the Life Sciences industry a plus. 
• BA experience in ValGenesis or a similar system. Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to lead project activities.
