Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring for the role of Senior Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Author effective business requirements documents.
• Analyze data sources and map data elements to key business requirements.
• Facilitate end-user workshops for requirements capturing and brainstorming.
• Consult with business users to identify areas of business process improvement.
• Support the Technology Solutions team via project coordination activities.
• Complete assignments independently and communicate with a diverse group, of executives, managers, and team members.
• Deliver customer happiness through clear and timely status updates.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s Global IT Policies & Procedures

Requirements:

• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders, disseminate information efficiently, and effectively set expectations.
• Experience writing business requirement documents.
• Strong written and interpersonal skills are required to communicate and work with all levels of employees across geographical regions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate is helpful.
• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or Microsoft Copilot M365 is favorable.
