Logitech is hiring for the role of Senior Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee administration and governance of key enterprise platforms: Asana (work management), Lucid (diagramming & collaboration), and LumApps (Logitech intranet).
• Lead projects related to system implementation and process improvement.
• Act as the subject matter expert on all aspects of Asana, including configuration, customization, and best practices.
• Design and implement streamlined workflows and integration leveraging Asana and other relevant tools to improve productivity and reduce manual tasks.
• Analyze intranet analytics (usage data, search trends) to gain insights into user behavior and content effectiveness.
• Develop in-intranet micro-apps to allow employees complete common tasks without switching context.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate users on key enterprise platforms’ features and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field. 
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of successful Asana deployment and/or company intranet implementation.
• Familiar with the administration of Asana, Lucid, and/or LumApps platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of Asana's functionality including portfolio, project and task management, templates, rules, workflow, reporting, and integrations.
• Experience designing and optimizing complex workflows within Asana.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Looker studio.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with change management principles and practices.
