Senior Brand Manager - Consumer Healthcare Job in Mumbai at Sanofi

Sanofi is hiring for the role of Senior Brand Manager - Consumer Healthcare!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Complete responsibility for the market share, growth, revenue, and profit for the assigned brand portfolio in India.
• Craft the long-term vision for the brand and identify opportunities that can be unlocked for future growth.
• Create the annual marketing plan to drive market share gain and achieve top-line and bottom-line delivery as per target.
• Manage the Marketing budget for the assigned brand - allocation of A&P spending across activities, evaluation of performance metrics, and ROI optimization.
• Design effective and innovative integrated marketing campaigns for consumers/ HCPs across mediums including TV, Digital, Mobile, Print, Radio, etc., and flawlessly execute them.
• Monitor category and competition on various aspects such as new offerings, pricing, consumer offer, ATL & BTL activities, and course correct strategy if required by periodic travel to different geographies.
• Conduct consumer research directly and through third parties to constantly generate insights that can be applied to creative campaigns, product ideas, or even on-ground changes.
• Liaise with Internal stakeholders (sales force, Industrial Affairs, Regulatory, Medical, etc.)  to ensure timely execution and price increase, margin improvement programs, and External stakeholders (Creative, other Vendors) to ensure timely execution of New Product Development projects.
• Lead the innovation agenda for the assigned portfolio. Develop, execute, and monitor business plans for the new products.
• Collaborate with global counterparts & implement learnings & insights from various countries, Global growth hub.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in sales and marketing preferably in FMCG, FMCD, FMCH, or Cosmetics categories.
• Demonstrated capability of independently crafting and executing marketing strategies with measurable outcomes
