Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Requirements:

• Experience in working on Form 1040 (High Networth Individuals)
• Responsible for the final review of the deliverables before sending them across to the individual taxpayers.
• Able to coordinate and/or communicate with the US Taxpayers and/or tax authorities
• Utilize available tax technical resources to enhance US tax knowledge and research independently as required.
• Proactively lead team discussions and share the knowledge with the larger group.
• Attention to detail, deadline oriented, and ability to manage time efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to multi-task and balance between competing priorities.
• Maintain client confidentiality pertaining to the client, staff, and the firm in general.
• Mentoring and guiding the juniors to enhance their technical knowledge.
• Be a strong team player and be adaptive to the changing work environment as and when needed
• Minimum of 6-8 years experience in the field of US Individual taxation (High Networth Individuals) in a similar organization.
• Commerce Graduate/MBA
• Sound technical knowledge with respect to US Individual Income Tax.
• Should be a team player and possess strong communication skills.
