WNS is hiring for the role of Senior Associate - RNA!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret insurance data using SQL queries to support decision-making
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key trends and performance metricsIdentify patterns in claims, policy data, and customer behavior to provide actionable insights
- Work closely with underwriting, actuarial, and finance teams to optimize data-driven strategies
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with industry regulations
- Continuously improve reporting processes and automate data workflows for efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in insurance analytics or a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation
- Experience in Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Strong understanding of insurance concepts, claims, underwriting, and risk analysis
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into business recommendations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with insurance databases and industry-standard reporting tools.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the insurance domain
