Senior Associate - Recruitment Internship in Mumbai at Upstox

Upstox is hiring for the role of Senior Associate - Recruitment!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Sourcing, recruiting and hiring technical professionals and open to other skill sets (both individual contributors and Management hires) across a wide range of roles
• Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing through offer acceptance and providing guidance and support to hiring managers and recruiting team members
• Participating in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
• Partnering with other departments (Compensation, Human Resources, stakeholders) to drive the recruiting process through onboarding
• Being able to market map talent across locations, companies and more

Requirements:

• 2+ years of minimum relevant experience in tech recruitment.
• Exceptional communication, quick learner and influencer.
• Highly solution-driven, adaptable, and possess a strong growth mindset.
• Loves speed and accuracy, and collaborative relationships at all time.
• Hands on experience with Applicant tracking systems.
• Familiarity with job boards, databases, and management systems.
