• Planning, executing, and closely monitoring promotional campaigns across an array of marketing channels (internal and external). 
• Collaborating with the marketing team to craft compelling promotional content and devise strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving sales. 

Front-End Operations: 

• Participating in the day-to-day management of front-end operations, ensuring that customers enjoy a seamless, user-friendly shopping experience.
•  Identifying and resolving operational issues, demonstrating a commitment to preserving customer satisfaction. 

Website Flow Management: 

• Assuming responsibility for overseeing automated website flows and processes, diligently identifying areas for enhancement and optimization. 
• Maintaining a close working relationship with the IT team to guarantee a smooth, error-free user journey on our website. 

Retention Marketing: 

• Innovating and implementing retention marketing strategies designed to bolster customer loyalty and foster repeat business.

Reporting and Analysis:

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or a similar role, highlighting your capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• A profound understanding of core marketing principles, encompassing promotions, customer segmentation, and retention strategies.
