AdYogi is hiring for the role of Senior Associate - Performance Marketing!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist the team in the development of digital media plan options and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate budget control and flow of media activity and update client on the timeline/consistent basis
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of online media fundamentals, including media math, target audience development, and communication goals (reach/frequency)
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance and addressing inquiries.
• Conduct client meetings to discuss strategy, performance, and future opportunities.
• Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of Google Marketplace Ads campaigns.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience (Agency background) with a master's degree in a similar field
• Should have been in client facing role
• Excellent communication
• In-depth knowledge of the full funnel of an E-commerce website
• Google certification
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Should have handled budgets over 2CR for marketing campaigns
• Self-directed and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Project Management and multitasking
• Astute business sense and analytical ability with great articulation skills
