Senior Associate (Monetisation) Job in Bangalore at Meesho

Meesho is hiring for the role of Senior Associate (Monetisation)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Own end-to-end problem-solving of your workstream including ideation & implementation
• Collaborate with product & operations teams to deliver on the defined business objectives, and drive program adherence with relevant teams
• Analyze week-on-week revenue trends and identify levers to unlock opportunities for ad adoption and spends
• Manage project schedules, remove roadblocks and keep processes running smoothly
• Solve edge cases with suboptimal outcomes due to current processes
• Communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks, and change control
• Improve processes for completeness and better efficiency
• Dive deep into the complex details of the program
• Present detailed problem definitions and solutions to senior leadership and execute the solutions
• Be involved in day-to-day tracking of business-critical metrics and setting up foolproof processes to arrest dips

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Exposure to e-commerce, sales and advertising
• Experience in data analysis, either professional experience or through your education
• Experience in sales and marketing is preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate with all relevant stakeholders
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
