LSEG is hiring for the role of Senior Associate Learning System Solutions!

Responsibilities of the Candidate : 

• To input and maintain data on the LMS for LSEG staff as provided by Learning Coordinators, consultants, and Line managers.
• Timely and accurate data administration with learning processing requirements
• To act as a point of contact for People Solutions, People Operation, Learning Administrators, and Mandatory Learning working committee.
• To ensure learning administration services accuracy to agreed Service Levels
• Ensure that issues and actions are documented to agreed standards and reviewed with People Operation, People Solution, Compliance partner, and line manager at periodic intervals.
• To handle performance and productivity in line with Global Learning Operations Team working practices.
• To create and maintain any New/Improved /Enhanced process using documents, files, and pages loaded on the Internal Intranet site.
• To provide timely responses to customer inquiries in line with the departmental service level agreements.
• To review the different queries on a Daily/weekly basis with People Operation serving as partner concern point and line Manager to discuss current service levels and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field with no or some work experience.
• Advanced professional qualification in Human Resources is highly desirable.
• Good Fluency/command over verbal and written communication in English with a neutralized accent.
• Ability to work independently, handling incoming and outgoing workload daily.
• Good organizational skills and Good teammate.
• Ability to interface professionally at all levels, both internally and with the employees and Learning Consultants and Coordinators.
• Ability to work well with challenges.
• Communication skills concise and precise, good listening, conflict assessment/management.
• Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including MS WORD, PPT, especially EXCEL - handle spreadsheets/workbooks, VLOOKUP, Pivots, compare, merge. Working knowledge of MS access.
