RateGain is hiring for the role of Senior Associate - Inside Sales!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Need to know the buyer persona well, their goals and challenges, and how the product can solve their problem
• Need to be genuinely creative and not just use a script or a mail filled with powerful words to make a good impression
• Juggle between researching prospects, follow-up meets, and outreach efforts
• Experience in cold calling/direct solicitation to schedule demo appointments for the Sales Directors
• Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the hospitality industry or digital marketing sector
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in hospitality marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools is a plus
