Meesho is hiring for the role of Senior Associate (Influencer Marketing)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in the creation and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Snapchat
• Monitor and engage with our social media audience by responding to comments and messages.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and developments to help improve our social media strategy
• Work and coordinate with agencies
• Act as a brand advocate and ensure that all social media content aligns with our brand voice and values

Requirements:

• Understanding Content Consumed in Bharat: Ability to appreciate and identify with the content consumed among customers of tier 2 & 3+ towns
• Planning & Execution Skills: Ability to plan for multiple parallel streams of work & error-free on-time execution. Strong stakeholder management skills to keep both internal & external stakeholders on the same page
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective social media campaigns
• A growth mindset & strong sense of ownership
• Data-driven thinking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging social media copy and professionally interact with customers
• Demonstrated creativity and a passion for social media
• Proficiency with social media management tools
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
