Senior Associate - Human Resources Job in Hyderabad at Dhruva Space

Dhruva Space is hiring for the role of Senior Associate - Human Resources!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• ‍Internal Management: Collaborate with the senior HR and Operations management team to implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Lead and contribute to internal communication initiatives, ensuring timely and transparent information dissemination. Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement and team-building initiatives.
• Feedback Mechanism: Assist in designing and implementing feedback mechanisms to assess employee satisfaction, performance, and well-being. Help analyze feedback data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the overall employee experience.
• HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, internal events, and employee relations. Assist in compliance with relevant labor laws, company policies, and industry standards. Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Marketing: Collaborate with Dhruva Space's PR, Comms & Marketing team to develop HR marketing strategies that enhance the employer brand and attract top talent. Craft compelling job descriptions, social media posts, and other promotional materials to showcase the company's culture and values. Actively participate in recruitment events, facilitate campus interviews, and participate in networking opportunities to promote the organization as an employer of choice.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master's degree in Human Resources or a degree in Psychology is an added plus.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and other presentation apps is a must along with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven experience as an HR professional with a focus on internal management, feedback mechanisms, and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
