NTT Data is hiring for the role of Senior Associate - Helpdesk!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Technical Support (L2 Level)
  • Provide Level 2 technical assistance via phone, email, and chat for issue identification, resolution, and follow-up.
• Issue Management
  • Recognize, research, isolate, and resolve technical problems; escalate when necessary.
• Liaison Role
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal technical departments to facilitate issue resolution.
• Troubleshooting & Documentation
  • Handle issues related to MS Windows, hardware, MS Office, internet browsers, and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification
  • Must be a graduate; B.Tech/B.E. or technical degree preferred.
• Communication Skills
  • Strong spoken and written English with at least 1 year of international calling experience.
• Customer Handling Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to assist and manage customers effectively.
• Shift Flexibility
  • Willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment
