KROLL is hiring for the role of Senior Associate, Global Communications

Responsibilities to the Candidate:

• Manage the firm’s internal engagement platform, Poppulo, for internal email campaigns, serving as a main point of contact for internal email requests and ongoing support. performance tracking, form creation, and reporting
• Oversee day-to-day execution and quality control for internal email marketing campaigns including content reviews and editing.
• Collaborate with Poppulo’s client support team on updates across the platform, product releases, and best practice integration.
• Provide daily technical expertise in the development and execution of global internal email campaigns with consistent communication between all stakeholders.
• Ability to project manage email campaigns to the required send dates, proactively seeking information from stakeholders and communicating requirements broadly.
• Analyze reporting metrics to look for trends and advise on adjusting internal communication strategy accordingly.
• Enforce the Kroll communications guidelines across all internal email campaigns

Requirements:

• B.S./MBA in marketing, communications/ journalism, or writing
• 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing with technical experience in the Poppulo
• Strong copy-editing skills
• Strong technical, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to learn the firm’s business
• Strong organization, time management, and project management skills
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
• Ability to excel with minimal day-to-day oversight and under strict deadlines
• Communications experience in the professional services (financial services) sector is a plus
• Work in UK/U.S. shift – Timings would be mostly 3:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. India Time
• Strong Microsoft Office skills: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Familiarity with comparable email platforms a plus or a strong ability to learn and excel with new technologies
• Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information
