Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to clients in navigating systems and resolving issues.
• Ensure client documentation adheres to tax and mobility regulations, maintaining up-to-date records.
• Address and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Generate and deliver management reports to the Engagement team and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee and maintain accurate financial reporting using technology platforms.
• Manage vendor invoices, including cash allocations, disbursements, billing, and reconciling complex backing sheets.
• Aid teams in onboarding new clients, including conducting AML checks, drafting proposals, and preparing engagement contracts.
• Collaborate with RandQ specialists on complex client cases.
• Organize VIP briefings and provide administrative support to account managers.
• Assist with UTR support and follow up on non-compliance for forms.
• Identify areas for process standardization and implement improvements.
• Facilitate training and skill enhancement of the wider team.
• Forge and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a reliable advisor.
• Understand client needs and provide proactive solutions and recommendations.
• Drive efficiency through coordination onshore and offshore.
