Senior Associate - Data Change Analyst Job in Gurgaon at Macquarie Group

Macquarie is hiring for the role of Senior Associate - Data Change Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain and update master data records (e.g., customer, vendor, product, employee data) in enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of data change requests across various domains
• Monitor data integrity and completeness within internal systems
• Ensure all data changes follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance regulations
• Assist in enforcing data governance policies, including naming conventions and hierarchy standards
• Perform regular data quality audits and identify inconsistencies or duplicates

Requirements:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and fulfill various requirements;
• Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience from 2years to 5 years.
• Exceptional analytical skills with clear and concise communication;
• Ability to interpret and wrangle data using SQL, Python, or tools like Dataiku and Alteryx;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering high-quality, timely results; and
• Adaptable to evolving business needs, with a finance domain knowledge, especially in commodities, financial markets, and regulatory reporting.
