AXA XL is hiring for the role of Senior Associate- Capital Office!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Working with Azure cloud, debugging issues etc. using Azure T-SQL.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries and procedures to extract and analyze financial data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide support for ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in data management and analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant years of experience in PowerBI development with focus on financial analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with cloud databases (e.g., Azure).
• Experience with Azure cloud, T-SQL and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work self-directedly and as part of a team.
