Grant Thornton Bharat is hiring for the role of Senior Associate C&O!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements for a variety of clients.
- Process day-to-day transactions related to accounts payable, accounts receivable and employee reimbursements, etc.
- Process daily banking transactions & periodic bank reconciliations and payment processing in bank portal.
- Maintain fixed asset register & related accounting.
- Ensure periodic closure of books of accounts and related reporting.
- Ensure timely statutory tax payments (TDS, Eq. Levy) and submission of TDS returns and GST returns.
- Maintain documents and proper filing of documents.
- Work closely with seniors to execute client and internal assignments.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in basic accounting.
- CA Inter/B.com/M.com/MBA.
- Working Knowledge of Tally/SAP/Oracle NetSuite/ or any other accounting ERP tool will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of MS office (Excel/Word and PPT).
- Working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting and related rules and regulations.
