Enirac Consulting is hiring for the role of Senior Associate - Business Development!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive customer database to track and manage leads and opportunities
• Engaging in cold calling activities to generate new business and follow up with leads
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
• Tracking and reporting on business development activities and performance metrics
• Participating in meetings and presentations to prospective clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a business development or sales support role
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience with cold calling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and database management
