Meesho is hiring for the role of  Senior Associate (Brand Marketing)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in the development and implementation of brand marketing plans and campaigns to achieve brand objectives
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including agency partners, media team, creative team, and social and influencer team, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Manage the creation and production of marketing collaterals
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence to brand standards in all marketing communications
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in brand marketing to propose innovative ideas and strategies

Requirements: 

• Educational background in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in brand marketing support roles with a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective campaigns
• A growth mindset & strong sense of ownership
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
