Senior Associate/ Assistant Manager Job in Bangalore at CSC

CSC is hiring for the role of Senior Associate/Assistant Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Preparing and reviewing customized reports for our ever-growing investor base on a quarterly and semi-annual basis, reflecting their investment performance, portfolio valuation, summary of portfolio companies, etc.
• Involving in the review and preparation of quarterly valuation reporting to investors.
• Preparing investors’ five-year liquidity and valuation projections.
• Preparing supplemental investor reports used by the investor relations team every month.
• Preparing schedules to provide inputs for fund-level and investor-level portfolio performance calculations (IRR and MOIC).
• Working on unique reporting templates to respond to investors’ specific information needs.
• Preparing projected cash flow analysis for investors on an ad hoc basis to assist in capital-raising efforts.
• Performing various quarter-end reconciliations of Excel reporting model data.
• Working on other special projects and ad hoc requests as needed.

Requirements:

• CA or MBA Finance with 3-8 years work experience 
•  Prior experience in investor reporting or portfolio reporting for a global PE firm.
• Private equity experience/knowledge is required either with another PE firm, PE fund services, or through public accounting audit experience.
• Sharp attention to detail with the ability to work timely with high volumes of data. 
• Strong analytical skills. Must be a self-starter, creative thinker, and problem solver.
• Requires excellent time management and project management skills with the ability to multi-task and deliver on fixed deadlines.
• Requires strong technology skills especially Excel (macros, visual basic, pivot tables, advanced formulae, etc.) and the ability to learn new software quickly. 
• Macro building and troubleshooting, Alteryx experience would be an added advantage.
• High integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive firm information and work independently with minimal to no supervision.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills conducive to working in a team environment across multiple geographies. Right attitude for the team and to be able to collaborate with the Fund Solutions group.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Develop and enhance client relationships through strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience in the creation of procedure documents or SOPs.
