Tech Mahindra is hiring for the role of Senior Associate Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for performing KYC reviews including due diligence for new and existing clients as per procedures
• Review existing documentation as per the KYC requirements
• Update leads/manager on progress and roadblocks in the review in a timely manner
• Prepare KYC documentation for all the reviews and update necessary tools (CLM, Reporting & Checklists etc.)
• Ensure at least 90% quality standards for all cases
• Create and send outreach email and track responses
• Submit records of business approvals once the review is completed and discrepancies are fixed if any

Requirements:

• Skill Set: KYC, client onboarding, pep, sanction, screening, due diligence
• A Bachelor’s or Higher Degree is the minimum entry required for the position
• Should be able to work independently as well as in a team
• Communication with officers and clients to gather all applicable KYC requirements.Knowledge / Skills/Experience Required
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be willing to work in rotating shifts and on weekends depending on business requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience within the international banking industry KYC (Remediation, Onboarding or Periodic Review)
• Possess strong knowledge of various institutional client structures i.e Private/public entities, Funds, Banks
• Detailed understanding of negative media, PEP and sanctions exposure and hits negation methodology
• Must have handled various screening tools such as Factiva, RDC, World Check, Lexis Nexis, etc
• Accurate and detail-oriented with an analytical mind and the ability to detect, articulate, and effectively escalate and resolve issues
• Driven to improve efficiency and controls
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
