EY Global Delivery Services is hiring for the role of Senior Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Reviewing day-to-day reports for Global stakeholders
• Developing and maintaining reporting templates that incorporate dashboards and meet the reporting needs of Stakeholders
• Reviewing deliverables of team members and providing constructive feedback
• Providing support in the annual AQR process
• Performing validations based on EY databases
• Analyzing the research to identify any probable non-compliance issues
• Delivering high quality, client-ready output with minimal supervision
• Working independently to drive the process requests and cater end-to-end deliverable

Requirements:

• Good and spontaneous decision-making capabilities
• Expertise in MS office tools – Excel and Word
• Possess excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English, strong interpersonal and presentation skills interacting with senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy, timeliness, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a focused approach
• MBA (Finance/Marketing/operations)
• 3-4 years of experience
