Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct thorough research on accounts to identify red flags and take appropriate steps as per established protocols.
• Communicate with other departments regarding cases via email, following the laid-out procedures.
• Accurately annotate case investigations in banking tools to ensure proper documentation of case details.
• Perform independent research and make complex investigative decisions with minimal guidance within the provided workflow/procedures.
• Identify and minimize risks posed by fraud patterns and trends.
• Consistently achieve or exceed quality standards for investigations and stay informed about the latest fraud trends in the market.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as needed.
• Mentor new joiners by addressing their doubts and providing clarifications.
• Perform quality evaluations for new hires.

Requirements:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).
• Experience in fraud detection or backend operations.
• Knowledge of transaction analysis and investigation processes.
