Zypp Electric is hiring for the role of Senior Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- To resolve customer queries through Tickets and call
- Serve as a point of contact for customer support and complaints via phone calls
- Maintain appropriate documentation and records of customer interactions
- Proactively gather and utilize customer feedback and suggestions
- Communicate to customers during outbound phone calls
- Knowledge of Excel, Word & Spreadsheet
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years experience.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
