WTW is hiring for the role of Senior Research Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work on primary research (survey) projects through data analysis and visualization.
• Manage medium-level technical difficulty projects, both short-term and long-term.
• Support senior research associates in their ongoing research and development projects.
• Develop relationships with the consultants and support them with any research requirement.
• Ensure quality of research output, streamline, and improve project delivery.
• Advance new approaches and techniques within the research teams.

Requirements:

• A post-graduation degree in Economics or a related field from a reputable institution is mandated.
• 1-2 years of experience in economic research, through academic projects or professional roles.
• Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of econometrics.
• Proficiency in data analysis software such as Stata or other relevant tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
