Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Drive the number with the team
- Channel Relationship
- Keep your product at par
- Be Vigilant in Loss-making flew and production
- Control commission and expense Ratio
- Do profitable business
- Do follow up on renewals with channel partners
- Provide support in check picking and other services related to retention
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of motor insurance products and market dynamics.
- Leadership and managerial experience, preferably in a sales context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
