Senior APAC & EMEA Benefits Analyst Job in Gurgaon at S&P Global Inc.

S&P Global is hiring for the role of Senior APAC & EMEA Benefits Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support Benefits programs involving the research and implementation of plans and programs as well as managing competitive benefits offered in the APAC region
• Be the single point of contact for all benefits implementation and delivery for the APAC region
• Work closely with the local leadership of the respective countries, HR partners, and other functions to create and implement best-in-class benefits for our employees
• Oversee implementation-related projects from beginning to end and act as a liaison between Benefits and IT
• Develop policies and other documentation to educate all employees about the company’s benefits programs.
• Work with the People and Operations teams and external vendors to ensure our Global Benefits Information Site portal is up to date and supports the smooth running of benefits programs.
• Utilize communication tools effectively to promote understanding of benefit offerings; translating complex data and/or benefits information into easily understood terms
• Provide SME/technical expertise to ensure all client generated Escalations, Complaints, and Corrective Actions are proactively managed

Requirements of the Candidate:

• Relevant experience in Benefits hominization/implementation with expertise in the APAC region
• Exposure to managing regulatory issues, Tax, and benefit plans including, Insurance, asset programs, etc.
• Experience in supporting internal/regulatory/statutory audits by providing the detailed documentation specified by the auditors/regulators
• Benefits project management skills. Capable of overseeing benefit-related projects across various time zones. Ability to work cross-functionally between Benefits, HR, Payroll, and IT
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience. Workday knowledge is a plus
• Ability to engage and communicate with employees and understand their needs
• A self-starter who is motivated to achieve results

• You'll be asked to come to the office 2 days per week
