Senior Analyst, Workforce Analytics Job in Mumbai at GXO Logistics, Inc

GXO Logistics is hiring for the position of Senior Analyst, Workforce Analytics.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work with clients to understand the business issue and meet the reporting need(s) 
• Run complex HR analysis using data warehouse cubes 
• Build and analyze audit reports to ensure HR data is accurate and up-to-date 
• Build and maintain the PowerBI dashboards, using Power Apps, and any other system integration ( Cornerstone, Successfactor…) 
• Continuously research, analyze and improve the existing reports to build process efficiency  
• Automate, standardize, schedule and publish key reports in SuccessFactors to help the business with data and insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Human Resources or related field 
• 3 years of applicable analysis and/or reporting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, and SQL
• Strong consulting skills including proven ability to build strong working relationships across internal teams
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex data, analysis, and insights in a clear, executive-ready, easy to digest, and actionable way
